I regret to say that while both of my orders were technically correct, they were utterly drenched in sauce and mostly inedible. I say "mostly" because a significant portion ended up in the trash. I spent three paper towels trying to deal with the excessive sauce on the Steak with Fries, but I still ended up with more sauce and onion pieces than anything else on my plate. Moreover, we specifically requested spicy tenders, not the regular ones. Food is as good as the other locations. We came in at 10 and as soon as we walked in the server at the front desk was really aggressive about saying it's take out only, no dine in. I asked her why as there's other people sitting and eating. She said they stop dine in at 10, after that it's take out only. This just seems ridiculous??? I saw another review someone left about this issue where you replied that it's due to security issues but that doesn't seem to make sense, people can still come in for take out and wait for their food and that's safe but it's not safe to let them eat inside ????? Sounds like you just want to get everyone out so you don't have to clean up at the end. Terrible ser...
Better they should hire new team who eats steaks ? not Punjabi guys who eats beans roti. Like they all are vegetarian even their cooks.. so how are they supposed to know what’s taste of steak ? beef be like. For me , when you walk in , the atmosphere is themed appropriately, the service is great ?? ?? ? the My Lady burger I got 3 times on 2 different occasions , ITS THAT GOOD . BUT ..... I heard they had the best poutine in Brampton.... that's why I came here .. and it's good it's a solid 8/10 ... but the best ? I ordered the True Emperor and the Entertain Me burgers. The True Emperor was quite small; it felt more like a regular beef burger with two chicken nuggets on top. The Entertain Me burger was a reasonable size, but I've tasted better burgers at other restaurants that also offer better value. Overall, I don't believe these two burgers were worth the $36 I paid.
The steak sandwiches were fantastic! The buns were fresh and soft, and the steak was cooked to perfection, creating a wonderful combination of flavors. The portion size was generous—large enough to share between two people—and well worth the price. Sukhpreet K was very kind and friendly. We will definitely return to try the burgers next!
I?ve heard about this place a couple times and finally decided to try it. This place is one of those gem restaurants that you wish you found or knew about earlier. Portions are fair for the price. A regular burger combo will be enough to make you full. The whole place was clean including the washroom. 10/10
