Glashaus Cafe & Konditorei

Dampfknudlen ... cake dumplings steamed in milk with warm vanilla sauce! This is one of my favourite treats when visiting Germany. My sister-in-law, Helga always tries to ensure we don't miss out. Often we visit a cafe in Marienplatz downtown Munich. This time we visited...a local cafe in Grafing. There were six of us so Helga called ahead to let them know we would be in the cafe for kaffeetrinken (afternoon coffee drinking time in Bavaria is pm). We were not dissappointed. Always a pleasure to take breakfast here. Not too crowded in the morning hours after opening up. Although not for the real early birds because it opens at Decent choice of teas, cakes and nice dishes, lovingly arranged. Croissants are ok, too but not...exactly excellent.

Im Glashaus gibts super leckeres Frühstück. Wartezeiten manchmal schon etwas lange wenn das Lokal voll ist. Reservierung auf alle Fälle empfohlen. Geheimtipp: Selbstgemachte Marmelade mitnehmen.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden über die Auswahl an selbst gebackenen Kuchen und kreativen Krapfen, den leckeren Kaffee und das Ambiente im Wintergarten. Auch der Service war sehr freundlich.

Gut frühstücken kann man im Glashaus im Grafing. Die Kuchenauswahl ist oft begrenzt, aber gut. Verbesserungsfähig ist der Service. Die Wartezeiten sind zu lange.

Cakes are handmade and really good. Usually Great variety of Cakes. Service is sometimes a little Bit slow. Good posibilitys to sit and Enjoy outside.
