First we made a reservation on the phone and the they confirmed. When we were there they told us that they didn't know anything about our phone call. The woman was unkind and told us to sit to a table there in the restaurant. Second...we ate salads for minutes and after that...... Almost two hours we ware waiting for main dish!!!!!!! TWO HOURS!!!!!!!!! I orderd halibut fish and recieved boild fish WITHOUT any salt or pepper or herbs....! It was the most tasteless fish I was ever ate!!!!! The others from my friends were disgusted too!!!! The patatoes were burnt, the steaks were not medium were well done, I told you about the fish...I was tasteless and with crude egg and with sour souce very b...
We pre booked a table here before arriving in Cologne. It is situated in a great place, overlooking the Rhine River and with views of the Cologne Cathedral and the Hohenzollern Bridge. It was extremely busy in part of the restaurant with a large group...of people having a private function, which was very loud. This made what would have been a nice meal for two not as good as it could have been. The staff unfortunately were very busy with the function but still gave us good service. The food was well presented and tasted great, but quite expensive for what you got. Overall it wasn't quite what we'd expected.
The service was courteous and technically competent, but very stiff and unfortunately one could hardly understand a word of our service (mask, accent and much too quiet). The wine recommendation was very good! Overall, this time around the meal was missing that certain something. The steak tasted very good, but a bit tough. The greeting from the kitchen tore everything out. Price-performance ratio was good due to the gourmet menu used. The next time we visit we would prefer the breadsticks or the bar. The bar staff is great
It never happened to us before a court didn't get warm on the table. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired. Not only the attentive staff was the absolute bestseller, but also the great ambience. The inn is really very tastefully furnished. No cheap decoration, but it was very nice to each other. I haven't been so fascinated by a restaurant for a long time.

We went to this restaurant for dinner. We had the asparagus as a starter and steak for main. Food was delicious. The main negative aspect was the temperature. Since it is all glass, it was too hot. And the restaurant is not seperated from the...lobby area by walls, you feel like you are waiting in the lobby, which kills the fine dining mood.
Great view, huge bottles, extremely high ceiling, wide distances between the tables so you are in good hands because of Corona and can talk undisturbed The food is expensive but unfortunately not worth the money. Rather average, typical hotel. The service is very nice and fast
Very attentive and friendly service. Food presented in an appetizing way. Schnitzel a bit big, only measured for very hungry people
