Large, busy primarily pizza chain in the Chicago area. Ordered thin crust pizza from them from multiple locations many times but they are also well known for their deep dish pizza. Consistent good quality though not the favorite pizza I have ever had.Highest end prices for pizza, often cost me around $30 for a large pick-up pizza. Many, many pizza joints to choose from butMalnati's is pretty good. Pizza prices range from $6 apiece with always available coupons at Domino's (not as good but ok forthe money) to Malnati's prices. Both pick-up and delivery times can be fairly long at popular times but Malnati's gives you apick-up time that is usually pretty accurate. Worth a try.
The store and quality are fine bit pricey. I am only giving a 3 so I can get some attention from the app. Customer service is a joke and not enough room to make comments. Emails never returned. App continues to expect me to keep logging in. I tip on myown. Presumptious to assume 20% and have to delete. Inability to use points. I should not have to search for the rewards numberto use. I sm pretty direct I am getting not the points I deserve. Reward# should automatically populate on log in and I shouldbe able to save log in information
There's no denying it—I absolutely love Chicago-style deep dish pizza! I ordered takeout from this restaurant. I called in my order and picked it up 40 minutes later. I paid for a delicious, mouthwatering, freshly baked, enormous deep dish pizza to enjoy in our hotel room. The total was $22.77 for a small deep dish pizza with Italian beef, green peppers, and onions. That’s not bad at all, especially since it provided me with three satisfying meals over the next couple of days!

The large deep-dish pizza I ordered was much thinner than I remembered. Did I unintentionally receive a thin crust, or has the quality changed since the company was sold to investors?
The pizza was just average. In my opinion, there was too much tomato sauce, and the crust was rather thin. It didn't meet my expectations.
Nothing has changed from the last few years I got food there, still just average and overpriced , will try competition next time

I grew up in Chicago, and I’ve never liked the full sausage patty they use! I much prefer the crumbled version!
