I just started getting the meals they were great, haven't received my second delivery waiting all day called the next morning was told I was number 7 on the list never got it ,I called my case manager she got someone on the phone and they said my meals was delivered at 10:20 something don't know who's house got that food but it wasn't delivered to me, lady said she will talk with the drivers supervisor and get back with me , never heard anything ,I knew that they were closing soon so I called back , spoke to the same lady and in a not so good voice I was told your food will be there tomorrow...okay it's Friday when we talked and I know they are not open on the weekends...Thank God for my nei...
Customer services are not very helpful. My Spouse gets the meals and they are supposed to be Gluten free which means No Wheat! We've had 4 boxes delivered and everything is Exactly the same, including an item that has Gluten in it! Celiac disease is a real thing! My Spouse has called twice, and both times, the customer service people got rude, and snappy, because she was trying to explain about the meal having wheat! Now we've received 4 boxes marked on the outside, Gluten restriction, with 4 of the same meals with a wheat in them. To be specific, Stuffed shells Florentine. Customer support was not helpful at all!
Would be a much better experience if they would actually give me the menus I selected. I've communicated with them several times via email giving them the exact weekly meals I wanted. They always tell me they have made sure the information is in their system. And that may be, but the people putting together the boxes do their own thing. I get whatever they feel like stuffing in the boxes, so a lot of the times, I have meals I don't want or can't eat. Also, VERY high in sodium. I'm going to try requesting their low sodium options and see what happens. Just really unimpressed.
Play scenes really good with their food selection that I received. Very poor customer service all they do is tell you what day you will receive your meals but thenDo not tell you what time of the day and expect you just waiting for them to drop meals then nobody showsmp stay at home all day long

The delivery person for my meals was extremely professional and friendly. The meals were packaged nicely. These dishes are far superior to others I've received in the past. Everything was packed with flavor and looked appealing. I encountered no issues with my special requests.
They are very rude over the phone in there tone of voice when ur asking simple questions and just my over all experience with them there not nice at all plus iv gotten spoiled meals from them before
New customer. I leave message and no call back so far. Only robo call telling me I am next in line . Only to be told to leave a message again
The food here is significantly better than my previous experience. My aide recommended this place to me.
