Gloria Jean's - Réserver une table

Where do I begin..This would have to be one of the worst kept and staffed Gloria Jean's branches I have ever been to.I have been there numerous times, trying to "give it another chance", but enough is enough. No more chances.I am sick of the filthy tables. The filthy, sticky floor. The torn, slashed upholstery. The place is rarely cleaned, and when it is, they cross-contaminate with their dirty rag. They use the same cloth for the tables, chairs, counter and you guessed it: the baby highchairs. I bet they use it on the mugs afterwards too..Whenever I order a flat white coffee, asking for it extra hot, it is presented proudly just luke-warm. I would hardly call this extra hot. I visited this restaurant for a late lunch on a Saturday and was impressed by the variety of sandwiches offered. The coffee selection was also impressive.
