Gloria Jean’s in Coolangatta offers the best coffee in the area! I make it a point to visit every day during my week-long vacation each year. The staff are delightful, and the owner is incredibly friendly. I'm always satisfied with my experiences there! I'm giving them 5 stars!
Ordered milkshake and two coffees (one skim, one normal). With elderly parents who didn't have their seniors card with them. They were declined seniors discount to start. Worst flavourless milkshake turned up and incorrect coffee orders. Place was not busy. Very disappointed.
The restaurant claims in their advertising that they close at 6 PM, but when I arrived at 5:10 PM, they were already shutting down. There were staff inside, but no one was available to serve. They really need to update their hours if they aren't accurate!

This was one of the worst coffees I've ever tasted. It was bitter, lacked crema, and had an oily surface. Proceed with caution!
This place has the best coffee in town and the service is outstanding. I absolutely love it here!
Not even close to being good coffee. bitter and burnt. Maccas next door will do a better cup.
