I cannot fault any staff or issues here! Im seriously so picky when it comes to food but my partner and I come in very often and have never been dissapointed! Often get the creme brûlée chiller and add some extras and we are well known to the lovely staff who always perfect everything. Best customer service I have experienced!
Such lovely service! My chai and chiller were perfect. The people working there went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, even adding sprinkles to my son's chiller to brighten his day as he was home in lockdown and I mentioned it to them!
This charming little coffee shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and eager to customize your drink just the way you like it, even if it’s not on the menu! I highly recommend this franchise. We are regular customers.
3.15pm on a Saturday, store quiet, plenty of staff,usually love visiting store. Tables dirty and floor such a mess and this was evident. Didn't stay. Hope it doesn't stay like this. Hope it's better bext time ee visit. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely adore this place! The drinks are fantastic and enjoyable, and the service is excellent. Honestly, what’s not to like? This will always be my favorite spot.
The coffee is great, and they offer a gluten-free cake as well. I would definitely return just for the welcoming atmosphere created by the male and female staff.
Young girl who served me was so incredibly rude. Teaching your staff some manners and customer service would go a long way. Will never return to your business.
