Gloria Jean's Coffees Yorktown Shopping Center

this place should be referred to as “coffee with a posture”. the worker told the man before me that they ran out medium-sized cups and then it went for him for a big charge, instead of using only a large cup that would fill the quantity they would be a medium. When I told her why she didn't just leave room and let him charge for a medium, she said: “This is a waste of a cup” that doesn't make any sense because 1. they pay for the cup 2. Even if they meded a cup, a cup is was wasted. the old man decided to ask for an empty cup, after which it was creepy and I went even better. I would give it 0 stars, but only incase the owner is not aware of their terrible service I give him a 2.

Just purchased a pumpkin spice latte which the barista initially made for a small size latte when I had actually ordered a medium sized latte. Instead of remaking it with the correct measurements of ingredients, she just steamed together some extra milk and coffee and added it to the cup to make it a regular size. I’m not sure if that’s the reason why but I can barely taste any of the pumpkin spice flavoring and instead it tastes just like hot steamed milk. Kinda disappointed as this use to be my go to place for coffee all the time but the quality is not what it use to be.

The atmosphere at this shopping center is lacking. It's not enjoyable to be there. We stopped by on a date night but decided to leave soon after. The staff at most of the stores we entered didn't greet us or even acknowledge our presence, except for at Yankee Candle and Spencer's. We won't be coming back.

i bought a coffee and asked if I could just get a cup of water and they refused to give it to me. I’ve worked in several restaurants and I’ve given customers water when asked the girl was so disrespectful as if it was that much work to give it out! Wow Réservez une table maintenant

very poor service. some days it is good. but today it was bad. I ordered English toffee turn hot coffee and it was so badly done. the personal was very indifferent and annoying. same business at other places are good.

This is a great place to visit with a wide variety of stores, clean and decent food options available. My daughter particularly enjoys playing on the indoor inflatables and getting frozen yogurt.

the last afternoon was fantastic. she was cheated with people who came in at once and was patient with every person. she made me a great coffee! She treated the whole print exceptionally well!

When I lived in Chicago I used to love getting Gloria jeans. It’s in most malls.I got their white chocolate caramel. I think the drink was blended but it wasn’t like frozen. Réservez une table maintenant
