I ordered a Voltage Chiller but ended up with a cup of coffee grounds instead. The counter staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the drink itself was disappointing. While this doesn’t seem to reflect the venue overall, it was still a negative experience. About a month later, the same mistake happened again.
