Eight people went to Goa for dinner. The food was typically Indian spicy, warming and consistently delicious, the proportion of sauce was a bit generous at times, the pieces of meat in the duck dish were a bit limited (4 small parts). I can only describe the service as subpar: After we were initially greeted in a friendly manner, the tide turned and we had to wait for food: two hours with the caveat that two of the group had their soup after an hour and an iceberg heavy salad a little later with little dressing. In addition, several guests who arrived later were served beforehand. We received no apology, no explanation or perhaps a free drink or a discount for the long wait, not even when we...
