Gochu Libre Kantina

We visited Gochu Libre Kantina as our final stop during a bar crawl, and it turned out to be the perfect place to finish off the night. We both ordered the Korean Zombie cocktail, which came with a delightful piece of passionfruit chocolate on top—such a charming touch! We were impressed by how cold the drink remained. For food, we tried the pepino salad and the Birria croquettes (which I didn’t get a picture of), and I have to say, they were the highlight of my day—perfectly fried and incredibly cheesy! I had a fantastic experience at Gochu Libre Kantina! They’ve really improved their food service, and the dishes were DELICIOUS and thoughtfully balanced. The Korean Zombie cocktail was bursting with flavor and incredibly refreshing. The staff were attentive and friendly. My only suggestion would be to serve the appetizers separately before the tacos, as that would enhance the experience. Overall, it’s a really cool venue with amazing fusion cuisine. We visited Gochu Libre Kantina during happy hour, and although it was quite crowded, our orders took a bit to arrive. However, once we got our food, it was incredibly delicious, and the margaritas were expertly crafted! The staff remained friendly and professional despite the busyness.
