My daughter found this place. It was just the next one in our hotel. They had many unique flavors and at least 3 or 4 were based coffee. I went for a sip and it was huge. Tara first had two small blades that correspond to a large blade. The second time she went for two huge shovels in a waffle cone (with anti drip cone holder). The staff were super nice and patient. This place was also very reasonable! A banana column is $7.50!

The most variety of ice cream in the area. They have GREAT milkshakes and even offer dairy free ice cream and frozen yogurt... wow! Two thumbs up!
