The pasta and special dishes here are incredibly delicious, and everything is vegan! My favorite is the fresh pasta and the award-winning potato and garlic ravioli. The sauces are amazing too, and I highly recommend trying all the food on the menu. The truffle sauce is absolutely delightful! The cooking classes also look fantastic, and Alessio, the owner, is very friendly and shares great tips on how to prepare everything. This is definitely my favorite place for pasta!

This place is the only place in Sydney even vaguely comparable to Italy for pasta. Prices are high, but cheaper than a plane ticket!!
