Was really excited to come here when I was visiting my girlfriends family. Great bagels, terrible cream cheese from the dollar store, and an even cheaper attitude towards customers from the owner. Stop treating people so rudely when we're trying to put money in your pocket. It's not fun to be treated like that, or to watch you treat other customers like ****.
It's unfortunate that they're being forced to leave because of increasing rent prices. I hope they can find a new location nearby soon. Otherwise, we'll have to travel all the way to Rockville for our bagel cravings (I’m a fan of the Black Russian, and my wife loves the everything bagel). By the way, they make the best bialys in town!
My wife and I are from New York, so we were looking for some authentic New York-style bagels. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The customer service was poor, and the bagels were excessively salty. Additionally, there weren't many flavor options available.

The guy was super rude. Didn’t look at me started talking to someone inside while I was placing my order. I had to wait repeat my order two times before getting acknowledged.The bagels are nothing special…
I stopped going to this place because the person serving refused to wear a mask during the pandemic. I asked him twice and he gave me a lame excuse. Also the bagels are horribly misshapen. Not round.
Tasty bagels, the family enjoyed them at home. I tried the original breakfast burrito which was good as well. Flavor of the potatoes in there really stood out. Quick early morning service.
