This Indian restaurant in Edinburgh is probably one of the most overlooked gems. The food felt just like home-cooked meals and the flavors were so delicious that I ended up dining here two days in a row. I sampled nearly all of the vegetarian dishes on the menu and was impressed by everything. I especially enjoyed the Sambar, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you choose to order here.
I have never had Indian food as delicious as the food at this restaurant. The dosa is fantastic and everything else I've tried has been amazing. Even our meat-eating friends love the Gobi Manchurian. The staff is also excellent.
Went with my son Saturday afternoon just before Christmas. Not many people in, lovely lady waiting table, food very good and interesting. Not cheap, but good value for money. Will be going back!
