I had a long day starting at 3am and was very tired and hungry. I decided to stop at Golden Chick on my way home around 3:45pm, opting for a different location than my usual one on Beach St. My experience was disappointing from the start. I waited at the drive-thru menu trying to place an order, but received no response. I eventually drove to the window where I was ignored for 5 minutes before finally being able to order. The food I received was not up to the usual standard - the chicken was over-fried and the green beans were old and shriveled. I even found something hard in my food, which was very unappetizing.
