We had a wonderful lunch at Fantastic Bistro yesterday with a group of five. My nephew enjoyed a deluxe breakfast, while my parents had omelettes. My husband and I ordered burgers, all of which were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The owner and chef informed us that there might be a slight delay in serving everything since the food is freshly prepared, but we didn’t mind at all—and there was no significant wait. It was BRILLIANT. The food offered excellent value for money, and we received great customer service from the new owners. I was already three times in this bistro and it was always too quiet for how delightful it is. I have nothing but praise for blues! at the recent opportunity I brought my parents (they are from the city) and they were very impressed. eating is wonderful, I'm a bit nasty for brunch and I think that's the best in town. the coffee is carefully brewed, the choice of alcohol is brilliant and the smoothies (my favorite is the big 5) are all fresh and tasty! the staff are friendly and working hard and the manager are welcoming and enthusiastic. I would never give a chance to immerse myself in any daytime: the small garden is my favourite place to sit and relax.
Very clean and presentable , food is very good , I use Blues for a meal frequently and is a very good place to meet up with friends and family. On our recent visit we placed our order for breakfast and drinks , the drinks arrived late with apologies as they were busy , but our meals where completely forgotten . Mistakes happen in life and this mistake was promptly rectified and fresh drinks were supplied as a apology , very pleased and look forward to my next visit.
I absolutely loved this place! We met up with friends and spent three hours here, enjoying breakfast drinks, all of which were excellent. Mick, the owner, was fantastic; he stopped by to make sure everything was okay, and we really felt welcomed. He shared great information with us as visitors to the area and chatted with all of us. The staff were all cheerful and friendly, making it evident that it’s a fun place to work. I had a wonderful visit—thank you!
I first visited for a lovely lunch just a few days before the Covid-19 restrictions went into effect, and I haven't been able to return since. I can't wait to go back as soon as they reopen. The chili jacket potatoes I had were simple, but they were cooked perfectly and tasted great, accompanied by a quality salad. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Everything was just right!
