I called today to place an order however on the website it doesn't allow you to pay with card so I had to actually call the incompetent people working at the store. when I got done placing my order and about to give the information with my card I told the idiot that I'm using 2 separate cards which I did before with no issue , he then starts being rude saying that I either pay with one card or pay with cash. After informing him that I don't have cash and its 2 separate orders he yells that its canceled so I hung up and called again. The man that answered already had such as nasty attitude and was very rude. I never dealt with such lazy people who had nasty attitudes. no wonder no body gives...
When our food arrived the order was wrong, when we called and asked for a fix not a refund but for them to send the right food and take this he refused to fix it saying that the doesn't care, for us to take the food how it is and when we asked for the supervisor he refused to put them on the phone saying there is no supervisor, do whatever you want, he doesn't care. This was our first time ordering from here and this is how they treated us. Never ordering from here again and wouldn't suggest it to anyone, better choose another place cause this one's services are terrible and portions are small.
Order food thru Uber for me and my Friend used a deal BUY 1 Get 1 free sesame chicken and couple of other Items. MY order arrived with no rice like how I’m I going TO EAT SESAME CHICKEN WITH NO RICE. Upon callin Angry man picked up saying rice only for 1 not for 2 ? Smh that’s not what it says online never ordering again and I tell people not to order from here thru UBER EATS OR ANY OTHER PLATFORMS Owner are very cheap could’ve contacted me and told me no rice
I 've always enjoyed their food. BUT TODAY I ordered the Egg Foo Young for my Mom as always and the patties were BURNT!!!! .. When I called to complain I was told that they are always burnt. Not so, being that I 've ordered this several times before. The man on the phone was VERY RUDE. I won 't say at this time I won 't order again... I guess I 'll have to specify that I don 't want my food BURNT!

Ordered food from here, food is amazing. Never had a problem up until after remodeling, the new delivery man is very disrespectful, also charged me more then what i am told over the phone and pushes me to give tip after not having good service and having to wait over an hour for my food. Prefer going in person then having to deal with the delivery guy.
I called to place an order and the gentleman who answered today at 2:30pm is the rudest person I ever spoke with on the phone. Customer service is horrible. When a customer asked for prices because they are spending their money, nasty remarks are not necessary. I will never order from here again.
The owners just very nice and very knowledgeable buys decent products for us to enjoy wait till you see the quality Wheelchair accessibility: Roll right in and try the ribs or anyting yes Dan doctor clean and the 12 people on our crew all love this place

P.S. My two dogs loved the spare ribs! They even managed to steal one of my husband's vegetable rolls from the table, so you know it's incredible.
