When I came home, it wasn't beef. Upon our arrival, the atmosphere felt quite dull, making us consider leaving before we even sat down. The service was not impressive, and when my order finally came, the food was disappointing. It lacked freshness, and after just a few bites, we ended up discarding most of it. We ordered for four people and spent over $100 on food that didn't meet expectations.
We also sampled some cakes, but they were absolutely unappetizing, as if they had chemical flavoring. I assure you, we couldn't even finish them.
I don't aim to criticize any business, especially one in the Caribbean, but it's troubling that this restaurant is serving such low-quality food.

I visited Golden Krust Caribbean hoping to enjoy a Jamaican Spice Beef Patty, but I was thoroughly disappointed. As someone from Jamaica, I have a clear idea of what a quality patty should taste like. They charge $3.50 for something that lacked meat, spices, and flavor. I couldn't even identify what was in it. It's disheartening. How difficult would it be to include even a couple of tablespoons of ground beef in each patty? I won’t be returning. It's frustrating to see some Jamaican establishments charging high prices for such low-quality food.
I want a Jamaican Spice Beef Patty and went here. I am so disappointed. I am a Jamaican so I know what a good Patty should taste like. They have the nerve to charge $3.50 it had no MEAT, no spice and no taste. l have no idea what they have in itprobably bread filling. They should be a shame. I must have visited Golden Krust Caribbean on a lucky day, based on the recent reviews. I ordered the lunch special: curry chicken, rice and peas, and cabbage. It was enough for two meals and tasted fantastic. Even though I've lived in the area for a while, this was my first time at Golden Krust, and I was really impressed by the flavors. All this for under $9! The menu definitely exceeded my expectations.
Called about one order and then completely left all the other items out the delivery bag. Called them and was told we would have to pick up, a delivery order. I didn't know where they were located it's a delivery order for a reason. Didn't get meals but received sides and coco bread is cheap store bought. Spoke to manager who has no clue about customer service.

I guess I got them on a good day from reading the lastest reviews. Lunch special Curry chicken, rice and peas and cabbage. Enough for 2 meals was very good. Even though I live in the area first time going to Golden Crust... spices hit the right way...very impressed for less than $9.
Ox Tail plate almost $30 and the portion size sucks and the customer service was bad. I even offered to pay for extra on top of the almost $30 and she refused it. Needless to say I will not revisit! The two stars is only because the food was decent?nothing to jump up and down about!
