Been coming here since it opened, not sure if they changed owners but it’s terrible now. Hate this place, waited 30mins to get served no one came. It wasn’t even busy, literally me and maybe 3 other tables. I just wanted to come in for Dim Sum, they acknowledged our presence sat us down and avoided us. Literally no one came to check and see if we wanted to order, I even raised my hand, when a waiter passed by I told them we are ready. He just left and didn’t even come back. This restaurant always delivers! Be sure to take advantage of their weekday lunch specials. Those who give it low ratings are probably just upset that the service is no-frills — you come in, eat, and leave. The food is outstanding and consistently delicious, and the prices are reasonable. If you’re looking for attentive service, you might as well pay a premium at an upscale eatery. I'll stick with my dim sum!
Overall, everything here is great, but I had a less-than-pleasant experience with the woman at the cash register. While my family was still enjoying their meal, she loudly announced that we hadn’t tipped, despite the fact that I had already left a $20 tip. I would recommend not leaving tips at the register with her, as I’m not sure the waitstaff will receive even half of what you give.
