We used to order from this restaurant almost daily for lunch for our employees throughout the week. However, today the service was terrible. The delivery person dropped our order on the floor and when I called to complain, the same person answered the phone rudely because no tip was given. This is unacceptable behavior just because a tip was not provided. We had placed our order in advance and always tip, but this time our employee did not have cash on hand. This should not be a reason to treat customers poorly. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Received a dead spider in my rice last week and my mother received a 3 inch stick in her orange chicken. Yes, that is correct 2 separate dishes from the same order had foreign objects in them. After arguing with the terrible employees and having the send him a picture to “prove it” he did give my mother a refund. Will never be returning and don’t suggest ordering from a place with such low sanitation standards. Absolutely disgusted.
I had Kung Pao chicken, all white meat and everything was cut beautifully. Even pieces. It was delicious. My husband had Hunan pork and he also loved his. They ordered my fried rice without egg. Restaurant was very clean. Very pleasant service. Nice part. Would definitely go back! Wonderful!
The Sesame chicken and beef here were absolutley exquisite! Though the workers... are different
