I only ordered hotdogs, French fries, and cheeseburger. I was in drive thru for 45 minutes. Everything I got was cold! I'm guessing my order was ready for a long time but they didn't pull any cars up that were waiting on their food. The drive thru service is pathetic. This is the first time. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but it's not worth it. Until they make QUALITY customer service a priority the service will continue to be pathetic and I chose to spend my money elsewhere. Also, they never apologize for the long wait time because to them it's normal. It's truly ridiculous and I can't believe a business as such thinks it's acceptable.
I have no bad word to say to this place. apparently they loved my grandmother and she loved her. there was food excellent that they were going to pass her lunch after her, we wanted nothing and that was on the spot. there were more eating than we could consume, with all the sweets of my grandmother. a great thank you. we felt like she was still with us. so thank you again!
try them several times in advance to place a pick-up order, phones do not work. my 25 minutes drive from washington to plymouth can cover the waiting period, which is why I do. as a former restaurant manager, if they cannot meet the needs of their consumers in all asspects, they should probably make changes. very close to the loss of a lifetime customer.
I had a bad experience with this place i ask for a grilled cheese to go with my vegatable soup only to get two pieces of bun with burmt cheese on it.i had to turn all the way around to take that shiy back so now im beyond heated...So i never got a grilled cheese i juzt at the soup by itself Réservez une table maintenant
I really enjoyed waiting 45 minutes for a order of fries to cook. By the time they were done my other food was cold. Guess they thought hot fries on a cold burger would be what I wanted. The food here is usually good but after waiting 45 plus minutes for it you kinda lose your appetite.
