I was truly disappointed with the meal I received last night. The sweet and sour sauce was terrible and not enjoyable at all, the chicken balls were overly doughy and unappetizing. I won't even comment on the rest of the dish. I have been a loyal customer of this Chinese restaurant for a long time without any issues, but with this low standard, I will not be returning. I called to express my disappointment, and was informed that if I had called earlier in the evening, they would have taken care of it. Good and reliable. Not a fan of their sauce based dishes as I feel the flavour isn't great but everything else is sound. Always had a friendly welcome and service.
