I placed a phone order and specifically requested that the food be non-spicy. However, it turned out to be extremely spicy, making it inedible for my children. When I called to address the issue, the woman on the line insisted that her manager claimed it was mild, as noted on the invoice. She continued to argue with me, seemingly confident that they knew the food was mild. It felt as if she had personally tasted the food before sending it out. I typically enjoy spicy food, but even I found it too hot to handle. Ultimately, we had to throw everything away. I won't be ordering from this place again.
I will give my honest opinion about this restaurant. I had lunch there today and I am a huge fan of Indian cuisine. The prices are a little high, but the quality of the food was not great. The chicken mixed grill seemed to have been marinated and cooked too early, resulting in a slightly tough Tandoori chicken. The prawn curry was decent. The management was attentive and arranged something special for us. The service was excellent. In my honest opinion, the management should focus on improving the taste and portion sizes of the dishes.
I recently visited this restaurant for my 29th birthday after a hiatus due to a change in management. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I spent $80 on a meal that left me sick the next day. While my family enjoyed the $50 kadai goat, I struggled with the punjabi cuddi that seemed to be made with raw flour. To make matters worse, I had to repeatedly run to the bathroom throughout the night. Overall, I was disappointed with my birthday celebration at this restaurant.
Golden Terrace is an incredible venue for hosting any type of event! The staff is attentive and extremely helpful. Roopi assisted us in planning our event and was incredibly patient throughout the process. Even during the event, when changes were necessary, they handled everything smoothly without any hassle. The servers are extremely rude and they spit in our food. Our friends that ate the food said it was very bland and there was no flavor at all. The hall was very unsanitary too. This whole experience was awful and I defiantly wouldn’t recommend it.
Ordered the chicken tikka masala, lamb vindaloo, naan, chicken biriyani and vegetable samosa. Everything was perfectly spiced and delicious. Definitely will order again.
I attended a wedding at this restaurant. It was very nice and I liked it a lot. The wedding was beautiful and they did a fantastic job.
This is a fantastic and cozy restaurant. The room is very spacious and filled with natural light. The food is delicious!
