This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I was a bit hesitant due to some comments I had read. However, I'm really glad I decided to give it a try. The food was bursting with flavor, and the prices were reasonable. My only minor issue was with my order—specifically, I ordered honey chicken, and the sauce was served separately from the chicken. Additionally, my rice was a little undercooked, but overall, it was still delicious! I ordered three different dishes, and everyone enjoyed their meals with no complaints. They offer delivery and accept payment over the phone. I would definitely order from here again!
Worst experience ever! Ordered my food and paid with my debit card. When the owner/delivery driver arrived. He didn’t want to hand over the food, because he thought it wasn’t paid for. I explained to him, and he went to check with his wife, who confirmed. Instead of giving me my order, he then demanded I show him my bank card. I refused and showed him the amount withdrawn in my banking app. He then said, “ next time he will not deliver to my home if I use my bank card.” He was so rude and arrogant. Then to add insult to injury the food was not good.
I really enjoy the food here; it’s excellent. The chicken wings are fantastic! However, for the past couple of months, they’ve stopped delivering, which is disappointing. Because of that, I’ve had to stop ordering from them. I hope they resume their delivery service soon; otherwise, I may need to find a new place.
Very disrespectful’ The Beef fried rice was days old and dry.. I ask for Orange chicken for the kids and it was the wrong stuff. Very spicy. I order online to pick up. They didn’t start the food till I got there. Very expensive and over priced. Use to be our favorite spot… but now it’s a total disappointment.

I always order here, i think it's the best Chinese food around their wings are juicy and amazing (though they taste a little different lately) also their beef meals are lacking beef. They only give you a few pieces and for the price it sucks. Less vegetables and more meat pleasee
The negative reviews I've seen seem quite misinformed. We've ordered from here countless times—both takeout and dine-in when I lived nearby—and we’ve never encountered a single issue. If you’re searching for a new takeout spot, I highly recommend giving them a try!
dont waste your time if you want delivery they pick and choose when they want to deliver today they refused to deliver only a few blocks away claim too far they are lazy and they did deliver to me in the past and got well tipped so never again
The Golden Wok in Waterbury on Reidville Drive has very healthy and sumptuous food! My husband and I love the cashew chicken. The staff always remembers our order and provide the best customer service. :

Very fresh food!! Doesn’t have a funky smell or taste like some of the other restaurants ?? This is by far the only Chinese restaurant that I actually love in Waterbury.
I've been dining at this restaurant for over 15 years, and I really enjoy their food. The owners are wonderful!
