1. **Service**: The service has been downright unfriendly. Throughout my entire lunch, the only thing a waitstaff member said to me was, "Are you ready to order?" There was hardly any interaction beyond that. The staff seems to drag their feet while walking around, wearing expressions that suggest they are unhappy, either with their jobs or their lives—or perhaps both.

This is my go-to American Chinese food restaurant every time! They make great food, and their chicken is good quality, not the cheap chicken you get from all the other places. Their general tsos is excellent and is mostly chicken, unlike other places where it's mostly breading. The Kung pao chicken dish is excellent as well and comes with good fresh vegetables, unlike other places that give you cheaper vegetables like peas, carrots, and chopped celery. The bbq boneless spare ribs and egg rolls are good, too. Sometimes, they tend not to dry the cooking oil off the egg rolls, which is disgusting. I recently had takeout from this Chinese restaurant, and I must say, it's the best in the area! I ordered lunch, and the prices are incredibly reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person.

Of all the food places I’ve been to, they’re the best. The food is really good and fresh and the restaurant is very clean if you’d like to eat indoors. The people that work here have a lot of integrity. They’ve called me up before apologizing for missing something (when I didn’t even notice) and offering refunds. They’re also very quick. I've tried Chinese food from more than 30 restaurants along the East Coast, and this one might have set a new low. The food was soggy and tasteless. I ordered the usual staples to keep things fair and consistent, but my basic order just didn't meet expectations. I really wanted to like it since it's nearby, but the fundamental menu items—rice, orange chicken, shrimp, chicken, and vegetables—need significant improvement for me to consider returning. I noticed that they've intentionally removed their lunch menu from all online ordering options. I can think of a pretty clear reason for this, but I'm sure you can guess—it seems driven by greed! It's really not fair at all! They would have deserved a 5-star rating if it weren't for this issue! The lunch menu is available from Tuesday to Saturday, 11 am to 3 pm. I've attached a photo of the lunch menu, but keep in mind that prices might have changed.
I would just like to share that my family and I really enjoyed our last few times doing take out at Golden Wok. The food is well priced, tastes great, and is always ready to pick-up on time and in a nice box. I would highly recommend Golden Wok. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The food is excellent with reasonable prices. The flavors are unique and everything tastes homemade. The staff appears to have a good rapport with many of the customers.
