Golden Wok Chinese Takeaway

We used to use this take away regularly until they stopped delivering on Fridays and Saturdays. Due to the snow we've had none of the takeaways here were delivering so we decided to try the Golden Wing again. It seems they are seriously cutting back and not only on delivery costs. Very few prawns in the king prawn chow mein with ober cooked noodles, almost empty vegetable spring rolls. Skinny spare ribs with more bone than meat and well over cooked. The sweet and sour prawn balls were coated too thickly with batter and the size of the pot of sauce has been reduced by half since we last ate from there. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I called and ordered 3 meals, but only 2 were delivered. When I informed the person on the phone that the 3rd meal was missing, they called me a liar and accused me of only ordering 2 meals. Why would I order 2 meals if there were 3 people eating? It's unbelievable. Be cautious when ordering from this restaurant as their customer service skills are clearly lacking.

We chose this place as we wanted a quick take away. Our order when it arrived was not complete and when we queried it we were told we had not ordered that particular one. A little of putting . However the proof was in the final total package, a good quantity and quality meal for us both

This unassuming little takeaway served me the best chicken satay I have had in a long time, along with divine spring rolls and egg fried rice. Hubby also enjoyed his beef and cashew nuts. I am now very full and very happy thank you

We used to love this takeout restaurant and have been loyal customers for years. Unfortunately, they no longer offer delivery services, so we have had to switch to another option that is not as enjoyable.

This is without doubt the best Chinese. take away in Folkestone. I have used this take away for years and never had a bad experience which I don't think I can say for any other take away.

A good Chinese take away, the menu is fairly standard but the food is consistent and enjoyable. Delivery is available but not on the busy nights of Friday and Saturday as I recall.

Food is always well cooked and tasty, fairly priced for a Chinese takeaway, we go back every time, have used them since they first opened staff are always very friendly!

I called in my order and had my meal ready in minutes. They even offer delivery on select nights. The menu has a great variety and the food is consistently delicious.
