by chance, I came through the liongässchen and read the menu and that you keep your own boars in the free country. I then saw a hospitable eat a kotelette and ordered me one. fried on the spot, so still a tick pink, about 250 gr. hard and from an incomparable taste. that was not a pig of mass animal keeping and a slaughter weight of 100 kg. the best thing I've eaten for a long time. I'd take a diversion to that.

We enjoyed a delightful luncheon at the Goldene Kuh, in Meissen. Service was helpful and informative; the food, which features Meissen pork, was fresh, delicious, and very well prepared and presented. If you have the opportunity to visit this lovely town, the Goldene Kuh would be an excellent choice for a meal. Very good local wines, also.

the local is really worth a visit, you have to come more often, then at once you cannot try all the delicacies. and the card is really full of true delicacies. service and price are just as pleasant, everything invites you to look over again.

he cooks typical German dishes, large portions, mostly pork. excellent service and nice staff, clean toilet. the price for the main court is about 13 euro.
