It is a guest house with very good local German good-bourgeois cuisine. Fish, vegetarian and wild dishes are also offered. Everything is really very tasty and is obviously freshly cooked. The service is fast and very friendly. The price level is reasonable. There are parking spaces in the street, but you can also park in the courtyard. Good for a quick, easy and good food on the go.
In the Golden Lion, home cooking is made up. We had a vegetable dish and a Hungarian carving with roast potatoes. The carving was very good, as was the roast potatoes. Unfortunately, the asparagus was well above the optimal cooking point and therefore very softly cooked. There is a beautiful outdoor area and the service is friendly and flotted. Price performance is also true.
I strongly recommend this German restaurant, especially for the pre-Christmas period, because the adventurous decoration was extremely tasteful and not cheesy. The Golden Lion is a very cozy restaurant. The food tastes very delicious and the service is great. I'd go to dinner at any time. The restaurant is really recommended.
