when I visited dinkelsbühl, I discovered the golden lamb. very nice menu also with imaginative food for vegetarians. I've eaten royine paste. fresh champignons in delicious light cream sauce - delicious. semmelknödel with pfifferlingen with cream sauce also delicious. kalbsbäckchen - was too meaty but tasty to me. schollenfilet unusual with speck and swirling and kartoffeln - but has wonderfully harmonized. to the conclusion then the fish plate - smoker trout, salmon and shrimps meerrettich and crimson baguette - was not big but wonderful in quality. to the dessert then chocolate chick - we were all thrilled.

A very cozy restaurant, in front of the beer garden has ambience. Eating from Cordon Bleu over Schollenfilet and also vegetarian very tasty. But it has its price therefore rather something to 'sich gönnen'. Operation very nice.

had dinner there during the summerbreeze festivals. they do not serve tofu, since, or any meat substitute. Instead, the 4 vegan dishes (one of them dessert) are mainly made with local ingredients.

the food has tasted very well and there were three vegan dishes on the map. the lemon sorbet as dessert was also vegan. super friendly service. we are happy to come back!
