If you're in the mood for a sugary and enjoyable drink, Gong Cha is the place to go. However, if you're seeking high-quality boba, this may not be the best choice. I ordered a classic black milk tea with boba pearls and found the tea lacked flavor and the boba was overly sticky and chewy. The establishment is convenient for a quick visit, with no seating available and a menu featuring a variety of fruity and milk teas. Overall, Gong Cha is a decent spot for a fast, on-the-go beverage.

Sadly, I'm addicted lol. I've tried quite a few boba shops and Gong Cha is one of the best boba tea's ever. I order the creme brulee flavor mainly and my daughter loves the cookies and cream w/soy milk. The creme brulee milk caps are beyond amazing, you can control the sugar and ice level, also great options. The staff is great even when I order through Grub Hub, they will call you for needed adjustments promptly.

I had an Original Bubble Milk Tea at this restaurant and it was good, but a bit pricey. Despite that, I plan on returning because I found out they have a Loyalty Program for free drinks. The staff should inform customers about this program. For authentic Chinese Bubble Tea, I recommend going to the bakery on the corner of 8th Ave and 44th Street in SunSet Park Brooklyn. Nothing beats the real thing!

I was surprised to see a bubble tea spot in this area. The store is very small so you do end up getting up close with people as they are trying to get through, but there are 2 doors, 1 on each side of the store so that's a plus. I got the passionfruit slush which is my go-to. I am glad that there aren't any seeds in it so I was able to enjoy it to the fullest.

Drink options are not bad, but the customer service needs a lot of work! I’m sure you have a locations that are not like this, only cause it’s in the hood. And false advertising to add… why do you have signs up for drinks that don’t exist or you can’t make?

Thank you for the black straw that perfectly matches my outfit aesthetic! I appreciate that the staff takes time to ensure that their drinks are perfect.

My kids favorite boba tea spot close to Flatbush. He usually get a lemonade mixed drink. No complaints besides the customers.
