go on a Sunday night they had run out eating and the workers have burned out and have been unsintered ive in gfrd in others nights and eating was good enough that we have returned, but after the terrible experience last night,...we will not return. we ordered a small mixed combination of brittle wine and bbq dese for the brittle wine was good. the bbq duck was only skin and bone, not meat. it was disgusting. the steamed veggies in the oyster sauce did not come with oyster sauce til I asked for sauce. it was all stalked, not green. eating is only average, but the service I received was the worst in my life. the woman at the bank has no idea how to speak with people, so rude. we just want to enjoy eating, why do they insult customers? I also saw other customers insulted. they could hire dogs that would do a better customer service than they would. it was just inhuman, poor. Hopefully, their employees can get the right training, as a normal human being! I can go back when they sell it with automatic so I don't have to talk to untrained employees. this business was going to go there with non-compliance with food safety standards and for the operation of a non-registered food business in do they still want?
Ordered half crispy duck and half crispy special chilli chicken and long beans with pork. Asked to have some pancakes on the side and was told we can't have them. Duck and chicken came out covered in watery oil and wasn't crispy at all. Everything...was dripping wet and soggy skin. Complained and staff did nothing so we walked out. What a rip off and waste of money I can understand if they are having a bad night but to not offer a refund or a voucher to come back another night. You have lost our business and I will be telling every one I know not to go there Terrible
Having enjoyed in house eating the first times and love the star food, it was a rude awakening receiving stone cold take away food. Putting it down to a oneoff experience it was equally disappointing when it happened a second time and all...the food was so cold that there was hardened gelatine covering the meet. I wrote a letter and got an instant response saying that this is how the deliver takeaway food and it can be heated in a microwave oven. Needless to say no more takeaway food for me from an otherwise excellent restaurant.

I love this place classic if you want delicious duck pancakes! Service was quick with sang chow bow and Peking duck! We also had Kai Lan which was just what I needed. Saturday night is always pretty busy and we finished up deep fried...ice cream So yum!!! See you soon!
Tried a few chinese restaurant in town and this is the one that hits our taste bud. Everything we ordered is delicious... However, the server should be better trained to be polite and a smile would not hurt...
