We visited Good Mate Coffee with high expectations as a group of four, including two kids. The staff member who took our order was very friendly, which we appreciated. However, the experience at the pickup counter was less pleasant. When I asked, “Sorry, can I get a tissue?” the staff member replied “Please” in a cold tone.
