Don’t sleep on the restaurants that are like a hole in the wall. At least give them the fair chance of checking it out. I never would have considered stopping here. I had just finished work and I was very hungry and I googled restaurants near me and this was the first thing that popped up …looking at the surroundings. signage, It was a no, but my stomach said give it a try and I’m glad that I did. There is actually a lot of traffic in and out of this restaurant believe it or not so to me, that speaks volumes when you have a lot of people in and out buying your food whether the restaurant is full or empty people keep coming back for more
Food was ok but i didnt like the fact that put a while piece of cold cheese on grits and eggs. Cheese didnt melt and when we brought it up to the guy attention. He literally tried to act like he didn't see us in his face speaking about the cold cheese that wasn't melted. We than asked politely if he could just put the food in the microwave he stated he wasnt doing that. Wont eat here again.
I don’t know who is giving this place 4 stars??? The food is NOT good! The mac n cheese is Kraft cheese put in the oven to brown the top layer. The noodles were too soft it was flavorless. The string beans are canned. The baked potatoes was nothing to brag about. The food is below mid. I wont be back.
I really love this place for breakfast and dinner... I'm a country girl that knows how to cook but just don't have time... So this is my go to during the week and weekends... The owner is always nice and kind to me... I would definitely recommend this place to other people...

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming here! The food is BEYOND BLAND. how can you RUIN Mac n cheese!??? These are yellow noodles baked with cheese on top. The best tasting item on my plate are yams, only because they are sweet. I will NEVER come here again.
Food is super watered down nothing about this place is pleasing. The price is $9-$11 a plate with 1 meat 2 sides. They don't put any seasonings on the food just water on everything. I saw them bringing out rewarm food then added more water to it
Whenever I'm in the area I try to stop by Good Times. It's been about 2 years. And the food was Horrible. Bake chicken seemed old. Green bean were terrible. I can't believe people actually eat that stuff . However the cake was good
I will always love this place Very nostalgic . Breakfast is good too . They aren’t serving high blood pressure or diabetes .
