NO ONE! Can match price and quality is on point. #2 favorite sub shop. You can't beat the quality and price point. Psh! That $5 foot long trash. Only major buzz kill. is the bread is to thin. My roommate eats meat. Complain how the bacon is not in strips. But in bits. And the grill chicken. doesn't quite match up to par. Compare to Chiba hut.... side not they don't write your name on the sandwich.... wish there name popped. Don't bother going to some corporate please. I feel bad not leaving a tip. I paid online. And walk in with absolute best service. Better then chiba hut... whom aren't the brightest. I once paid $15 for bread and 3 viggies. Because door dash mest up.
I can't convey the freshness and quietness of this sandwich I had... A delicious sandwich... The staff, Je Vaughn, Alex and young lady (reddish hair????) that my order behind the counter was so friendly and helpful... I hope they are well balanced and have an opportunity to further develop... As for my sandwich, I had the 10 inch turkey sub and it was beyond filling and delicious... I think it was just over $8 for the sandwich and it was worth every penny... IMO as anyone can order from Subway and not Goodcents is beyond me... This will be a regular place for me while in this area...
Bread is too soft for my liking. My wife loves it but this is my review. The meats are sliced way to thin. There is a drain on the floor next to the soda machine that looks to be covered in mold. I would clean that up a bit if only for appearances. They staff seemed very nice and were very quick in making sandwiches. We ordered two 8 inch sandwiches and one 16 inch sandwich, two sodas and two bags of chips. That came to $47.46. No great value for a quick lunch.
I find it odd that if you give 24 hour notice, they turn down the bussiness of a party platter. Called in a party platter order as was told they meet their quaota and will not be taking any more platter orders. If you have notice, tpu would think, as a business, you can pre-plan and make what is needed. I understand if I called and needed it within a few hours but 24 hours in advance. Seems to me you are turning down business and should be able to plan better.
Called and asked about getting a small platter made and was told the catering was booked which is totally fine, asked about having individual subs made and they said that was fine, went in to order 5 subs, the staff was extremely rude, the man making our subs rolled his eyes at me AT LEAST six times, he was probably the rudest person I've ever encountered in the food industry....Good cents has lost our business for sure
The sandwiches are pretty good. Better than Subway, in my opinion. It has a local atmosphere. I think the best is that they take the chance to take young people without work experience and pay them well to learn how to enter the workforce. This can be challenging and the kids are all doing a great job. Definitely great sandwiches and a great community/local business
Stopped in to see my buddy Eric and to get my son a sub before football practice. The subs here are always great and I feel much better about him eating fresh baked bread and fresh cut meats than other places. And you can't beat the $37 variety trays on Saturday's if you don't want to cook or your heading out to the lake!!
Absolutely delicious sandwich! This was my first experience here, it won't be my last. I had the classic. Meat was excellent, fresh. Many good vegetables. And the bread... OMG. I had the garlic/peffer bread. Nice soft bread. Bread does not overwhelm the sandwich. Just a really delicious sandwich!!
Waited for 20 minutes because they had to remake some Alfredo, which was Ice cold... they told me it is served that way it has to be heated up?? I've never heard of that. I think they did it because I was picking up a delivery figured I wouldn't notice? How nice for the paying customer.
