I ordered two subs today for myself and my fiancée, and unfortunately, both were messed up. First, my sub had no mayo, which made it taste terrible. The bread was so stale that it fell apart, and the ingredients were not fresh at all. As for my fiancée's sub, it was missing the spicy ranch, olives, and cheese, and although it was supposed to be toasted, it arrived cold and also had stale bread. We ordered online for in-store pickup and didn't realize the issues until we got home. We're very disappointed because we usually enjoy coming here, but after this experience, we won't be returning. I visited this place once with a free reward sub, and my boyfriend tried to use his points after downloading the app. However, one of the staff members told him to leave, saying they don’t give free food to homeless people. I found it really rude of her to assume that we wouldn’t return. Additionally, I ordered online and paid $20, but they made me leave without my food. The staff was extremely rude, and I’m so frustrated that I’m considering having my dad buy the store just to shut it down since he owns a Subway franchise.
I visited this restaurant after spending time at the hospital with my daughter for a heart test. I ordered two foot-long subs, which were supposed to be affordable, but I was shocked when the bill came to $35. We didn’t get anything else, and the sandwiches had very few toppings. Meanwhile, I noticed that the sandwich being prepared for a pickup order was loaded with toppings. The staff was quite rude, and overall, we felt disappointed. There's a girl that works there named Kalie... she is wonderful to talk to while she is making your food she is always polite and always as a smile. I was to say thank you Kalie for the wonderful smiles... I can't speak for anyone else but u always make my day better with you smile and wonderful service... My mother ordered two party trays, but when we arrived, our order wasn't ready because an employee failed to hang up the ticket. Although they eventually made our order, it wasn't delivered at the promised time. I felt like we were given a hard time for no reason, especially since once they checked the system, they realized it was their mistake. They were apologetic, but it was still a very frustrating experience.
I usually get sandwiches from there sometimes I get super to have it however it's been a while since I've even tried their pasta last time I tried it I was very disappointed with how they do it now it used to be really good and the last time I tried itwasn't s but however the sandwiches cannot be beat I love their sandwiches
