The review that caught my eye was the one that said the pizza was close to Montreal pizza. I can confirm that Goody's indeed has one of the best pizzas west of Montreal!Kim & family are attentive, helpful & really make you feel welcome. The tomato sauce is made in house & fresh. Not thick & tomato-pasty like some places. Light & flavourful which is like the majority of Montreal pizzas. Cheese was lovely & gooey. The toppings were plentiful, fresh & lots of flavour & the crust is just right with a nice crispiness.This place is right down the road from where one of my besties lives & I/we will defintely be going back.Goody's is a hidden gem well worth the drive from Kingston!
When we moved to Trenton our Realtor bought us our first dinner. We had very little unpacked, a nice take-out order was just what the doctor ordered. Tim Dickinson, our realtor made the arrangements and Goody's was expecting our call.The pizza was delicious, the salad was huge and the chicken wings are among the largest and tastiest I have ever had, anywhere. The breading on the wings was fantastic and as I am writing this review, my mouth is watering in anticipation of the next time we have those wings.The prices are very reasonable and all in all a great place to get pizza, wings and salad. They offer a great many other items on their menu that I am eager to try.
You haven't had pizza until you have had a Pokeball pizza. During the Pokemon Go craze they had a large $10 pizza shaped as a pokeball. That is the type of fun this family run restaurant has. The wings are enormous. We always have leftovers. They have 2 for 1 burgers that will make you forget about McD's. The fries and onion rings are the crispy snacks you remember from when you were a kid.
Good food at great prices! It's conveniently located near my house, making a quick phone call for a pick up order just as I am leaving work ensures I get there in perfect timing and be able to get everything home while it's still hot! Their specials are always good and I really enjoy the pizza!! :)
