Gordon Ramsay Steak Harrah's Kansas City

The shrimp cocktail arrived right away but was drier than usual. It may have been in the cooler a long time. It was a little wait on the salad, 5-10 minutes but acceptable. Wedge salad was very good. Then we waited 55 minutes for our steak. UNACCEPTABLE. We were 5 minutes from walking out when it arrived. The steak was hot and very good, but the wait killed the special out of the dinner. The message is set a time limit, and walk out. The more of us that do that it will send a message. At $69 for 8 oz filet, they can afford faster, more efficient cooks.

They served what appeared to be a teaspoon of sauce for the beef Wellington. Certainly not like the show. Had to ask for sauce. The potato purée was about a 1/4 cup, should have had more, come on, potatoes are cheap. It all tasted good. The lobster risotto had a little lobster on top, but none in the risotto as it shows on Hells Kitchen. It still tasted good, but for the prices, there are several other restaurants I. The Kansas area that are better. I wouldn’t go back.

The food was so much better than I imagined. The staff were amazing too! I think it was Anna and a blonde man who took care of us and they did a fantastic job! They were so funny. Half of the amazing experience was meeting them.

Food was not as good as Vegas was. Expected the same quality. Took over 2 hours. Almost an hour to get apps. Server was great but assuming short staffed. Was not worth the money this time around.

The service was great, unfortunately the food made my wife ill I think it was the seabass I have a stronger stomach but I had my issues as well...very unfortunate.

Perfect experience for my 11 year old daughter and me. Waitstaff was attentive, helpful, and kind. Food was exceptional. Would definitely go back.

Great waiter. His name was David. The kitchen was extremely slow. It took 50 minutes to get our filet and ribeye.

the 24th birthday of my sohne was celebrated and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great!
