Completely and outrageously overpriced ready meals!! Not just the fries, sauce, patties, the cheapest industrial cheese—nothing is homemade. At these prices, it's outrageous. On top of that, with three orders (yes, we tested before writing this review), we waited 30 minutes or more longer than stated EVERY TIME. There's no phone number or any other way to contact them, AND without asking me, the customer, calling, etc., the orders from Affenfelsen and Gorillas were simply combined. Missed the timed order (15 minutes late), incomplete order (continued waiting time), rude driver, driver rings the bell instead of calling (children are now awake too). Order successful?!? Won't happen to us again!
The delivery took a little longer than stated, but the food was great. AND FINALLY, not another pizza place, of which there are more than enough around here. This definitely won't be the last order.
I ordered from them twice in one week. Both times the order was incorrect. When I spoke to the driver about it, there was an argument and no solution was offered. Very poor service.
