I want to try more of their flavors but the classics were not the best I've had, and just decent. I tried the potato pierogies. I found them at the Giant Eagle in Fox Chapel, and decided to try them out. It's possible that the food stand version in better. But, these were just okay. The dough was adequately thick, bordering on a bit too much. The potato on the inside didn't have a very creamy texture or flavor like some other places offer. Instead, it was dry.Flavor-wise, good. I have not gotten my pierogi yet but I called because I am driving from Philadelphia, PA and wanted to grab some while in the area. The incredibly sweet person who answered the phone said they are only open Tuesday and Wednesday but someone could arrange to meet me at another time since I was coming such a long distance. I am sold! Hands down, you don't get service like that today. Thank you!

Gosia's had the honor of being my very first perogies. I went back and got a second order when I was done. The food is great. The people are pleasant. And it's disabled owned and operated. ?
