where can I start from musttabagel? getting food poisoning from them is a good place to begin. I got her knit before I went into the train one morning and before I knew it was going to stop the next possible I could. the experience of buying this poisoned ankle was just as bad as food poisoning. what the owner seemed to be extremely rude, as he pointed out sasically on the heinz when I asked for deli senf (for the poisoned knit I was soon to consume) and when my friend asked about cimt he said was not carried in the camp. they make cinnamon season bagels there. What can I say except being poisoned here? they have pretty hard bagels, old pastes and lazy management. the management is a reason...
The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude. They charge $20 a pound for tuna that isn't even fresh. I paid $13 for a small bagel that had only three tiny pieces of lox. If you order online, the regular bagel with lox and cream cheese costs the same. Although the sign claims the place is kosher, I'm not convinced. It seems like the new owner is more interested in making a quick profit. The staff is arrogant, the dining area is dirty, and the new manager seems focused on profits, which leads to an overpriced menu and careless food preparation. Additionally, there are homeless individuals hanging around, peeking in, which will keep us from returning.
Overpriced and hard as rocks nasty bagels. They are now charging $16 for a lox bagel with cream cheese that's it! two ingredients for $16 and the worst part is that literally everyone who works there has a horrible attitude and can't comprehend the most simple instructions. They mistreat the elderly!! while I was there I saw one of the servers toss an older woman's order at her and started yelling at her and refused to serve her because he had gotten the order wrong and she had asked for him to remake it HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! ABSOLUTE TRASH PLACE AND TRASH PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE.
I visited this restaurant to get orange juice for myself and my daughter, but I was disappointed. Since the new management took over, the place has really declined. The staff seems to have difficulty communicating in English and struggles to understand orders. They appeared disorganized, and there was no manager or owner present to provide guidance. I was asked four times about my order, even though there were only three customers total in the establishment. It was a frustrating experience. There are better breakfast options in Austin, and I probably won't be returning.

Never been here before, walked in was looking at the menu because I wasn’t familiar with what they had. I’m assuming the owner was the person who addressed me standing at the register no “good morning” or “how can I help you?” Just a straight out “NAME?” With a real stern voice. Another nice young man asked me how can I help you but I was still looking at the menu so I said an everything bagel to him. the guy at the register goes “what else “ and I’m still deciding what I want and the guy at the register goes alright next person, I just left; Never going back here.
Highway Robbery. Be cautious of their prices; they seem to be running a scam. The posted prices are covered up, but what you end up paying is significantly higher. My egg salad sandwich was $2.00 more than what was advertised. They claim they need to update the prices, but they had the same ones last week, and the prices were written with a marker on craft paper—updating them would take little effort. The quality of the food has also declined; the bagel was bland and tough, and the nut cake was old and stale. Save your money and consider dining elsewhere.
Great bagels and cream cheese. Unfortunately I witnessed a cashier being extremely rude to an elderly lady. She simply asked him to put his mask on and he refused saying he’s vaccinated. Other coworkers were also not wearing masks and they outright ignored her when she pointed out that it was against guidelines and she felt unsafe. The cashier finally put a mask on to talk over by saying she owes $5 and then took it back off once she paid. He then proceeded to be obnoxiously flirtatious toward me. I think I’ll be on the lookout for a new bagel place.
I would be in order with the treatment of attitudinal workers if the product was amazing, but it is not. To make something worse, I almost immediately became extremely sick after I had eaten at this site. Rather, they eat a frozen bagel as a step foot in the dirty, overpriced bagel garage as a danger of getting as if I eat it from here. your restaurant gave me food poisoning.

Hit or miss on certain days avoid getting served by the owner (kind of rude staff seems afraid of him) or one of the bald guys since they'll take your order forget your order and then make it seem you're the problem when you're upset with them. Pricing changes every time you order, the line is slow and they take forever to run the line/orders
