First visit after second lockdown few tables in 4to5 waiter As we enter a waiter asked how many, so said there’s 5 of us 2 adults 3kids so he says to write our name n number for track n trace which I do as that s a good thing. But this is where it starts but before I carry on I have my own restaurant. So I understand how the catering industry works. So me I put my name n number on a book for track n trace, the waiter so rudely goes there 5 of you put everyones name n number down for all 5 of you. So I pulled him up and I go I have as long as you have one persons of that bubble it’s enough. I’ve been to Gourmet a couple of times before and really enjoyed it. But my last experience wasn’t the greatest. FOOD: -Chicken Mozzarella was good! (The equivalent of chicken nambali for anyone familiar with that). -BBQ ribs had little to no meat on them and what could be eaten was rubbery as it was fat. -Srirachi wings were good too, spicy and flavourful. -We had steak for mains. I ordered a creamy mushroom beef steak. It came with steak chips, mash, veg and peppercorn sauce. Food was average. Honestly I don’t understand how the restaurant is still running. Staff service was terrible and staff was very rude. Before hiring staff they need to see if they have manners first.Customer service was disgusting we ordered 4 usual meals , 2 mojitos , Pepsi and water. The waiter forgot to bring our drinks and kept on blaming the next waiter coming after. Also asked for 2 of my meals to be well done and they did not even do that.They had no regrets or at least some shame and not even an apology. They did not only treat us badly but other customers around us. Lots of people complained and left . So I would advise you not to go here as you will be very disappointed and angry when you leave.
The food and service at this restaurant were absolutely incredible. I have celiac disease and can only eat gluten-free food. I called ahead to ask if they would cook my own gluten-free pasta, and they happily accommodated my request. They made me the most delicious pasta I've ever had and even gave me some to take home, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The waiter continuously checked in to make sure everything was to my liking, and I was extremely pleased with how everything turned out. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it to others.

Yesterday me and my friend enjoyed a lovely meal at Gourmet. I have been a number of times and everytime I visit the food is spot on! The customer service is amazing every visit. The staff are very attentive and making sure everything was okay. 10/10 for customer service and food! The decor is lovely and the restaurant and tables are very clean. Definitely worth a visit if you are up north/around Oldham area!
Eight of us went to a restaurant in Oldham and parked across the street at Aldi. We found a table for our group of eight and the waiters were friendly. However, the food lacked flavor and was only average at best. We probably wouldn't return, so I suggest they step up their game.
The food at this restaurant was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant and we arrived just before it got busy. The food was hot and delicious, and there was convenient parking outside. It was an ideal dining experience for all of us.
The most amazing food with so much flavour, customer service is on point, went for my sisters 21st birthday and they done such a great job, 100% will be coming back! Thank you for your great customer service your smashing food!

My favourite place I love this place the staff are all very helpful food is exceptional I always have a bad boy sizzler which is out of this world… always recommending this place to all my family and Friends.
the quantity of the meal is horrendous I always get the same meal and today the staff told me this is the usual portion! Never going again.
