Great food, great service. The restaurant is located in an ideal location, right by the Odeon cinema so you can either go in just before your film starts or after it has finished. The staff there are always really polite and the service is very speedy. The layout of the restaurant is great, very spacey so you don't feel to cramped up when you are sat down and the design of the place works well too.
When I entered a burger, I waited for my daughter who rehearsed at the waterside theatre. After I ordered my friend to say that she would come to me. I asked me to stop my order until my friend arrived. mel the manager sorted that for me I was very grateful excellent customer service! our burgers were hot, fresh made and very tasty. we're coming back!
Really tasty burgers! They often do a 'bundle meal ' which consist of a smaller size burger, fries and drink. The menu is very varied covering burgers, chicken or vegetarian burgers with 'unusual ' fillings! You just have to give them a go and most, do work! Staff are really nice and service is quick. Does takeout also.
Great food, speedy service and a good night out. The beef ran out which was surprising but it was a weekday and we were allowed to ask for the beef options but have a veggie, buffalo or chicken option instead. Had a nice chat with the servers too! great place to get a burger. beautiful clean facility. wonderful choice of patties. milkshakes always a good choice. friendly staff. great for birthday, lunch or before a movie in the cinema next door.
really impressed by the food and service here. comes back definitiw. my young is gluten-free and I love the fact that they have separate menus for gluten-free and other allergies.
I had an excellent experience at this place. We liked the awesome environment and the menu. The staff members are very attentive. I am content we finally managed to eat here.
