This restaurant offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, but the downside is that the food is excessively oily. From the veggies to the proteins and even the beef pies, my plate or container is drenched in oil/grease. This is not healthy, even if it is olive oil, which I highly doubt. There is too much oil in the food, and I have heard similar complaints from other customers. The food is great and the staff are friendly, but the owner/manager should make adjustments to reduce the amount of oil used in the dishes. I always prefer to focus on the positive, but please consider making this minor adjustment. Thank you.
This restaurant offers the best selection of fresh salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and hot food bar in the area. All dishes are freshly cooked and prepared daily on site. They also have a wide variety of freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables, including a favorite item of mine, kale and spinach soup. Come try it for yourself, whether you dine in or take out. Please note that parking may be limited during peak hours, with a wheelchair ramp available for accessibility. Dietary restrictions can potentially be accommodated, but not guaranteed for all items.
I begin by saying my wife and suggested since I don’t want to meal prep and I want fresh healthy food to try gourmet express and every time I go there I’m never disappointing so I’m saying all of that. Try it you’ll like it don’t let the prices determine how often you go there, because you’re always satisfied with the money you spend ?

Gourmet Express is a mega buffet! Food from various cultures, salad bar, and juice bar are all filled with so many varieties, there is something for everyone! Staff is friendly and eager to assist. This was my first visit but definitely a new favorite on my list!Food: 5/5
usually buffet, extensive menu over everything. the meat steam table is warned by the raw cooled selection and the vegetarian/ vegan separate area has many individual vegetables and rekepe. they also have a juice bar, salad and made to order food.
I usually like the food here but for some reason. Last time I ate from this place I got the worst stomach virus I've had in ages. I also have to say I don't like that their food is out in the open for people to reach over so easily
Great place for healthy various options. It’s quick and self serve. They also have the most amazing smoothies . Their Jerk and Curry sea bass is my favorite.Food: 5/5
