I do admit that this is an extremely well stocked store. After all of their expansion, the lines for the cashiers are still congested and difficult to maneuver around during peak shopping times. Why only 3 stars? I can 't stand the check out experience. The cashiers and the grocery bag packers are extremely rude. I always greet them and they barely make eye contact. Even though most of them don 't speak English, I 'm sure they understand hello . They roll their eyes, talk to each other in Spanish in front of us like we don 't exist, and why do they put only 2 items in a bag? The shelves are stocked with too many outdated products. One employee even bullied me for wearing a mask, which I found really strange. Who actually bullies someone for that? I was just trying to protect myself and others, and his anger towards my mask was baffling. Additionally, the staff are incredibly rude. No matter how polite I am at the checkout, the cashiers only seem to become more unfriendly. Who trains these employees? It's also frustrating that the business only responds to positive reviews. I bought about $80 worth of chicken cutlet slices from here and when I got home to cook them as soon as I opened the packaging it reeked a rotten smell and was clearly not fresh. When I returned the chicken to the business, they (the Rabbi) told me I was wrong that the chicken was good, and they didn't even offer me a full refund or replacement. It was so embarrassing. I've lived in this neighborhood for 25 years and buy from gourmet glatt and never had such a horrible experience. Make sure before you come here your not feeding your family spoiled chicken for the holiday.
The GG in Kiamesha Lake, NY, was a refreshing addition during the early spring and summer, especially in place of the closed bowling alley. They offered delicious kosher deli sandwiches, baked goods, fresh produce, fish, dairy, and meats. I particularly enjoyed the yogurt, the deli department, and the prepared spreads. I even bought a gift card for a friend. However, they suddenly closed without any warning long before Labor Day and the Jewish holidays, leaving us unable to make purchases or use the gift card. Very disappointing!

The food is overpriced, the customer service is awful, and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. The fish section has a questionable smell. They also seem to exploit customers by putting items that are past their prime on sale. If you take a moment to stop and compare prices at nearby stores, you'll quickly realize just how much they are overcharging you. I can't wait for bingo! Unfortunately, Kolsave is also owned by them, which explains why the prices there have gone downhill as well.
I really love this store! They offer a fantastic selection of food, and they've recently updated their deli counter, which is great. However, they can be quite pricey. The prices seem outdated, and I'm not sure if they ever adjust them.
There are some people that can only shop kosher. For a company to take advantage of it's own people and overprice most items. $12 for a case of water? Really?
Crazyyyy expensive it's impossible to shop here wayyy too overpriced and expensive definitely you guys need to lower the prices and will get more customers

Crazy prices!! Just compare for yourself. It's crazy that they get away with this, because there's no competion in the area.
