Gourmet Takeaway

Ordered a chicken parmo wrap, and waited for it to be cooked in the shop. Kitchen was really smokey and didn't seem too clean. I got my order and a warm can of coke (I don't think the fridge works). Inside the wrap the chicken was paper thin, not much cheese and loads of bechemal sauce. My friend had some uncooked chips and we both had yellow lettuce. We didn't get many chips however the garlic sauce was okay. The staff were friendly just a massive shame about the food. I went there when it first opened and it was really nice but it has just totally gone downhill. Disappointed to say the least. We threw away more than half of what we got and went for a McDonald's instead. We won't be returning in the future. Also

went tonight as it was amazing when it first opened, staff were friendly however the kitchen was so Smokey, the canned drinks were not cold, parmo was so thin to much bech no cheese, chips were not cooked and there was barely any chips, lettuce was yellow and i had a quarter of a block of onion lmao avoid never been so disappointed

We ordered a meal deal.... Parmo was disgusting and burnt... Pizza was like slop and do nor meat was cold.... I rang to complain and the customer service was shocking. Please avoid at all costs

my pizza just arrived in less than 25 minutes, sharp and crispy edges. delicious as usual. best pizzas in redcar. love my Italian meat pizza.

good selection of all reasonable prices. everything we've tried so far was really nice.
