Gourmetrestaurant Stüva (im Yscla)

Unfortunately the restaurant cancelled our booking via email for 6 people, because we have one child who is vegan due to medical condition. We were really looking forward to visit and hoping that the chef could serve a green salad or potato/ vegetables for one...guest who unfortunately can not have a normal menu. This was very disappointing. We travel around the world a lot and visit Michelin restaurants that are able to accommodate our needs, Stuva restaurant management informed us that they cousine is too exquisite to accommodate our request. Shame on you Stuva!

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort essen. Das Verhältnis von Preis zu Qualität und Service ist meilenweit auseinander.TK baguette mit Knoblauch für 7,-eu, Spaetzle waren nicht frisch, Vorsuppe war ebenfalls nicht gut. Burgerbuns waren Fertigware und leicht angebrannt, Fleisch der Burger tot gebraten...Auf Feedback hat der Kellner NULL reagiert und es hat ihn gar nicht interessiert ob Gaeste dort unzufrieden sind. Wir waren das 3. Mal in diesem Restaurant und werden zukünftig einen großen Bogen um das Allegra machen..

Die lernen es einfach nicht. Happy Hour Nudeln 1.-€ teurer als letztes Jahr. Und immernoch Bier 1cm unter Einstrich. Mein Mann hat ein großes Waser bestellt und bekommt die teuerste Flasche Wasser die auf der Karte ist. Normalerweise ist das ein 0,3 Glas. Da hätte der Kellner sagen müssen, daß es eine Flasche ist und fragen sollen welche Marke anstatt einfach die teuerste Flasche zu servieren die auf der Karte ist.Nie wieder. Jetzt wirklich. War nochmal ein Versuch aber verarschen kann ich mich alleine.

fantastic! we had an unforgettable stay on the road. the service and the kitchen were sensational. a very nice restaurant. every walk of the 5-course surprise menu was a cheerful mood. the weeping was excellent and there were even several greetings from the kitchen in between. in shorten a unique experience! we took the great cookbook of benjamin parth and he was so friendly and sympathetic and signed it. a great cook! Das Allegra liegt an der Hauptstrasse, ist unscheinbar. Was Mario und sein Team bieten, das passt! Super Qualität von Essen (z.B. Garnelen Pfanderl oder ein zartes Steak) und Weinen, dazu gute Auswahl an Drinks. Wer unkompliziert etwas Essen oder auch nur ein Bier oder Glas Wein geniessen möchte, dem sei empfohlen, unbedingt hinzu gehen. In der Wintersaison empfiehlt es sich zu reservieren.

we had an unforgettable stay on the road. the service and the kitchen were sensational. a very nicely furnished restaurant in the family-run hotel yscla. each cure of the 7-course surprise menu was a cheerful mood. it was an honor to be able to feed us at the chef of the year 2019 and is happy to come back.

Wir waren mit 9 Leuten gestern dort essen. Das essen war sehr schlecht. Die Preise sind absolut überzogen und man merkt, dass hier eindeutig der Profit im Vordergrund steht. Tiefkühlware schlecht zubereitet zu 5 Sterne Küche- Preisen.

sehr schlechte Lüftung, es stinkt extrem nach Friteuse und Grill, dafür leckeres Fleisch. Kleine Bar im Raum dabei, sodass man noch was an der Bar nehmen kann Réservez une table maintenant

Sehr gutes Abendessen, Preise ok..Ambiente etwas laut, nicht zum verweilen aber paar Stunden .. Einrichtung eher Bistromäßig aber wohl so gewollt

Never tried anything like it simply put; my mouth was sweept away with a hurrycane of good taste. Would recommend this for everyone
