Graeter's Ice Cream

I ordered a Dutch milk chocolate shake when I get to the window my receipt says chocolate shake. I asked Lauren, is my shake Dutch milk chocolate or is it chocolate she tells me it's Dutch chocolate and it does not taste like Dutch milk chocolate. I'm tired of these young kids that half ass their job and lied to you. Just do your job and do it right.

Graeter’s please be HAPPY and consistent with your ice cream scoops!!! I went through your drive thru and paid $15 for a Turtle Sundae and a 1770 Tower. The Tower was huge and HApPY. However, my Sundae scoops would fit onto a tablespoon. Plus, I tossed in a $3 tip!! Share the SCOOPS!!! Don’t be stingy with the ice cream!!

Graeters ice is a Cincinnati area institution! It's amazing! The aromas often turn enough that it is never boring, but there are old standbys that let me come back. The summer fruit flavors and their dark chocolate creations are my favorites This location is large with several tables. You also have candy and baked goods.

Traveling for work and visited Graeter's after a long day many locals suggested a visit and it did not disappoint. I ordered the brownie sundae (image below) and a med shake for later on.Soooo delicious if you ever find yourself in Erlanger or the surrounding areas, you should def stop in give them a try! These people serve quite possibly the best ice cream I have ever had in my whole life. Their specialty ice cream was particularly delightful. Above all, the overall atmosphere and the curtesy of the staff on hand makes you feel right at home. Their bottled water was also tasty for some reason :
