I normally go to the Graeter's on Bethel Rd but was closer to this location so went here. Unfortunately, I wish I hadn't. The service was good and everything was clean, but what was really horrible was the ice cream. I ordered the cookies and creme ice cream in a cup as always and the ice cream tasted completely off. Most unusual, was the fact that I had almost no oreo chunk. I'm not sure what happened but it was really unfortunate to get ice cream and it not be what it normally is, especially at Graeter's.
I rated this craters a three it was a very nice place in general, but their prices online are off their milkshakes small said it was 650 but when we went there, it ended up being seven dollars. I asked the employee about it and he said He said “ Inflation, we haven’t changed our price” Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Medium Milkshake 20oz
Very small cones for the price. Also, we went through the drive-thru and once we got up to the window our ice cream was melting everywhere and one of them was the wrong flavor. Other than that it was pretty tasty ice cream. Fast forward 2 months after I was asked to email them, I sent an email letting them no what happened... No response yet.
Ordered double scoop of Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip. Ice cream was creamy and flavorful. The chips of chocolate were more like chunks, some very large chunks. I personally would prefer a smaller chip (a better ice cream to chocolate ratio). I probably wouldn't get it again. Maybe if it was just the black raspberry.

I'm new to the area and new to Graeter's. The ice cream I chose (Hot Honey Crisp, I think was it's name) was simply marvelous! Creamy, tasty, the crunch was just right.Unfortunately, a single scoop was $5.25 so I doubt that I will return.
They made a good, flavorful shake for me, and they made it fast. Staff was great at answering my questions I had. Price seemed a little high for what I was getting, however.
Choc chip flavor is my fave, very nice staff thank you for the nice service! Clean welcoming location where you feel at home eating here and hanging out with family!
The ice cream was yummy and the drive-through makes this spot so convenient! Friendly staff, and plenty of choices on the menu.

The ice cream is good but over priced. You would think for the price the scoops would have been bigger.
